Important Update: From 1st February 2025, first-time cards will be valid for 2 years, not 5. For renewal, the CITB test and training must be retaken.

3. Prepare documents: test certificate, course certificate, valid ID (e.g. passport or licence), and a passport photo.

Once approved, your card will arrive in 7–10 working days and remain valid for 5 years.

Renewal or Replacement of Green Labourer CSCS Card?

You can renew your Green CSCS Card before it expires by retaking the CITB Health & Safety Test and completing the required course—just like the initial application.
